Pasta of hydrogen peroxide and sodium bicarbonate.

Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide are most commonly used home remedies for teeth whitening.

Tip: a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and hydrogen peroxide in toothpaste and use it instead of the usual. Simply add a few drops of peroxide to sodium bicarbonate and stir until a paste forms. Then, put on your toothbrush and ready.

It is not advisable to use this daily pasta because both ingredients are abrasive and can damage teeth. It is best to use 3 to 5 days and then wait 3 to 6 months to reuse.  Ask a qualified dentist before using this method.

Strawberry jam.

Strawberries contain malic acid, which is ideal to dissolve the coffee, red wine and tea stains on teeth. 1 to 2 grinds strawberries and add a teaspoon of baking soda. “Using a toothbrush for children (this helps to clean better between teeth), rub this mixture on your teeth for 5 to 7 minutes. Then use dental floss to remove seeds from the strawberries that have been left stuck.

Eye is not good to use too much this remedy. Marmalade acid can sting your teeth and in the worst cases, make them more susceptible to staining.

Mask banana.

You can use the inside of a banana peel, which is rich in potassium, magnesium, manganese, and other minerals, whitening your teeth. A banana minerals are absorbed into the glaze and have salutary effects whitening. After brushing and flossing, experts recommend peeling a ripe banana and then rub a piece of the inside of the peel on your teeth for two minutes. Then rinse and turn it back do before going to sleep.

Gargle with apple cider vinegar.

Diluted apple cider vinegar gives a ‘boost’ effectiveness any toothpaste. It is advisable to dilute it in the triple amount of water and then mix with a natural toothpaste and brush as usual.

Pasta homemade teeth with coconut oil.

Coconut oil contains fatty acids that melt in the bleaching enzymes teeth when in contact with saliva. The combination of your saliva and these fatty acids produces an oxygen molecule that adheres to teeth stains. This free remedy oxidation creates a chemical reaction that removes stains while you brush and rinse.

But having oil in the mouth for 20 minutes is not good for everyone. Here is a simple recipe that is equally effective: First, heat a cup of coconut oil until it becomes liquid. Then add two teaspoons of baking soda and 5 to 10 drops of peppermint in the liquid mixture and stir.

Pasta coal.

Activated carbon is a remedy that is fashionable for its detoxifying benefits. It also serves to whiten teeth because their granules adhere to bacteria before staining.

Coal mixture with a small amount of water and apply smoothly over all teeth. Let stand for two minutes and then rinse with water until no residues remain.
